Kami daripada pihak penyelenggaraan KEP TEKNIKAL SDN BHD ingin meminta kerjasama pihak tuan/puan yang menghuni di unit kuarters Blok ** tingkat ** unit **. Untuk pengetahuan pihak tuan/puan terdapat kebocoran pada siling rumah bawah Blok ** tingkat ** unit **. Jadi pihak kami meminta kerjasama tuan/puan untuk menghubungi pejabat kami bagi menetapkan tarikh temujanji untuk menjalankan pemeriksaan pada saluran paip di unit kuarters tuan/puan.

Pihak tuan/puan diminta menghubungi pihak kami secepat mungkin bagi menangani masalah tersebut. Di atas kerjasama yang diberikan oleh pihak tuan/puan kami dahului dengan ucapan ribuan terima kasih.

huhuhu... sory lah encik jiran bawah, mmg kami tak sedar pon ada kebocoran telah berlaku. nampak gayanya sabtu/ahad ni kena stay kat rumah je la hehehe.

facebook tiled album - how to do it?

hi! first of all, i'd like to say thank you to bro Hanafi Ishak a.k.a Nuppy (one of my inspired photographer from sifoo.com) for inspiring me with a creative idea to kick-off to this post. its quite tricky but would be easy if your math is good:-).... honestly, im not really sure how he did the tiled album and where he got that such a brilliant idea... but based on my experiments, it should be like these:

1) what you need? any imaging software that support for slicing tool... in my case, i used Adobe Photoshop...

2) what image? any image and the width should be longer than or exactly 720px... we going to re-size it anyway :-) see more details below...

lets start...

• as i mentioned just now the image width should be longer than 720px or exactly. just in case if longer than 720px, then re-size the width to 720px... got it? nevermind...


• make sure the height is 140px complete (at least) if you trying to make it 1 row album... lets say if you want it to be 3 rows, than the height should be 420px (140px X 3)... you can use either crop or re-size canvas...

kancil dah berkilat

aduiiiyaiii letihnya otot lengan nih... maklum la baru lepas polish guna manual hahaha...

setelah hampir setahun (setahun?) tak dicuci, hari ni aku telah menolak jauh sifat kemalasan aku untuk keluar pegi cuci kereta kat kedai... kat kedai la mana lagi? hehehe...

selain dari dicuci dan dipolish, wiper juga telah ditukar kepada yang baru (silicone lagi...) kerana menurut wife aku, bila hujan memang seksa tak nampak jalan... asalnya wiper tu pon silicone jugak tapi dah lama sangat... memang puas hati guna wiper silicone ni, kalau setakat nak parking tengah terik lama2 pon takde hal... tak payah susah2 nak angkat wiper dari cermin depan tu... so, 1 set untuk kancil aku dapat RM50 tadi... dulu RM60 kot... ntah mahal ke murah aku pon tak tau lah, janji duit tu wife aku yang punya huhuhuhuhuhu...

naik2 je rumah wife aku pulak tanya, "bau apa ni?" aku pon jawab, "bau polish..."

mak aih badan aku dah bau polish ke? huhuhu... apa2 hal pon pegi mandi dulu :-P
